The FY 2011 Performance Results Summary Table provides a description and average performance scores for each objective.
More detailed performance results for the nine SEMP objectives listed above are available here. In FY 2011, performance results for 30 monitoring tasks were Green (positive/on track), results for 10 tasks were Amber (caution/improvement needed), and results for 11 tasks were Red (negative/off-track).
Based on SEMP Oversight Committee guidance, a root cause analysis (RCA) is performed to identify the underlying causes for Red performance results. As of 30 September 2011, RCAs had been conducted for 6 of 7 monitoring task with Red results in FY 2010. The status of RCAs for FY 2010 is summarized here. For FY 2011, RCAs are needed for 9 monitoring tasks that showed Red results. As of 30 March 2012, no RCAs had been completed for these tasks; RCAs for FY 2011 monitoring tasks with negative/off track results are planned for FY 2012.
