The Fort Polk-KNF Oversight Committee met quarterly during FY25 to review and evaluate SEMP monitoring results. Committee meetings were held in November 2024, and February, May, and August 2025 at Fort Polk, Louisiana.

The SEMP was fully implemented by the end of FY25 with the approval by the Oversight Committee of all anticipated metrics. Replacement or modification of existing metrics remains a possibility as new methodologies and specific concerns may change.
