The Fort Johnson-KNF Oversight Committee met quarterly during FY24 to review and evaluate SEMP monitoring results. Committee meetings were held in February, May, and August 2024 at Fort Johnson, Louisiana. Due to scheduling conflicts, the November 2023 quarterly Oversight Committee meeting was conducted through electronic distribution of the Oversight Committee brief accompanied by a comment matrix for members and meeting participants to submit comments. All comments received were redistributed to the Oversight Committee in the form of a final brief that included a comment matrix.

The SEMP was fully implemented by the end of FY24 with the approval by the Oversight Committee of all anticipated metrics. Replacement or modification of existing metrics remains a possibility as new methodologies and specific concerns may change.
