FY15 performance monitoring results are available for ten SEMP objectives:

• Objective 2-1: Red-cockaded Woodpecker Population Recovery
• Objective 2-2: Longleaf Pine Forest Management
• Objective 2-3: Louisiana Pine Snake Conservation
• Objective 2-4: Bog Management
• Objective 3-1: Integration of Master Planning, Engineering and Environmental Concerns
• Objective 4-1: Hunting and Other Recreational Opportunities
• Objective 4-2: Quality of Life for Installation Neighbors: Noise, Wildfires and Road Conditions
• Objective 5-1: Joint Monitoring
• Objective 5-2: Joint Reporting, Evaluation and Adaptive Management

Overall performance results for Objectives 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-4, 4-1, 4-2, 5-1 and 5-2 were Green (positive/on track). The overall performance result for Objective 2-3 was Amber (caution/improvement needed), and the results for Objectives 2-2 and 3-1 were Red (negative/off track). The FY 2015 Performance Results Summary Table provides an average performance score for each objective. More detailed performance results for the eleven SEMP objectives listed above are available here. From a total of 79 metrics with performance criteria, in FY 2015, 59 (75%) of quarterly/annual performance results were classified as Green; 4 (5%) of results were Amber; and 16 (20%) of results were Red. An additional 19 metrics do not have performance criteria but provide quantitative monitoring results to the Oversight Committee, some of which are reported quarterly and some which are reported annually.

For each Red performance result, the SEMP Oversight Committee determines whether or not a root cause analysis (RCA) will be conducted to identify the underlying causes for the results. During FY14, there were 12 monitoring tasks with Red performance results, 3 of which were selected by the Oversight Committee for completion of an RCA. All three RCAs selected by the Oversight Committee were completed during FY15, and the results are presented here.
